Convention registration forms for full-time students will be available online in August.

  • Use the form to send in your pre-registration information for the SPEAQ Convention.
     
  • When we receive payment in the appropriate amount by check to the order of SPEAQ, we will send you a confirmation of your registration and a receipt will be included in the convention package.

Print two copies of the completed form before you submit it to SPEAQ online, one for your records and one to send with your payment
 

 

Registration is subject to the conditions listed below:
* Convention costs include annual membership dues (regular member $50, retired member $25) and taxes.
* Membership expires immediately before the 2010 Convention.
* Retirees must provide proof of their status.
* Postdated cheques are not accepted.
* An official receipt will be included in the convention package.
* All refunds must be requested in writing within 14 days of the convention.
* A $20 administration fee and membership dues are not refundable.
